All payments must be made via M-Pesa Paybill Number [400900] or other available methods listed on our Payment Page.

• We do not request personal M-Pesa PINs or private banking details.
• Payments should be made only to the official Paybill number provided on our website.
• Customers must retain their M-Pesa transaction SMS as proof of payment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Payments made via M-Pesa are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.
• If an incorrect payment is made, contact our support team immediately.
